I will tell you a thing or two about chicken, I don't half like it and I don't half eat a lot of it. It is the king of meat, red, white, fish and other. Nando's, KFC, Roast, Curry, diced, sliced, it's all good. The only type of chicken that is not rather tasty is the type not on my plate.To be fair the raw ones aren't great too ;-)
It is this love of chicken that has driven me to setting up this blog. On these pages I will lay bare my soul for this fine meat and in doing so will help all come to enjoy this fine dish on a level to my own.
The bar will be raised, some chickens, nay, many chicken cooked and all will be played out here.
